Waterman Ideal Exclusive set with lacquer cognac tortoise shell tones and bright gold trim. This vintage Exclusive was made in France for a short time between the late 1980's to the early 1990's. These pens feature a long slender design multiple gold rings at cap tassie/lip. The lacquer finish is applied in successive layers using traditional methods.
