Lighter Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped within the United States using USPS or UPS. Due to international shipping regulations, we do not ship lighters outside the U.S., and orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery. Read our full Shipping Policy for shipping options, restrictions, and delivery information.
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery on unused items returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Personalized items, pre-owned products, refills, replacement parts, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Read our full Return Policy for complete details and return instructions.
Torch lighters do not use a flint in the same way as soft flame models. If your lighter is properly filled and still will not ignite, it may need professional service or repair. Please contact us for repair assistance.
S.T. Dupont lighters, pens (cartridges excluded), watches (leather straps excluded) and other accessories are guaranteed defect free for up to two years from the date of purchase, subject to normal usage conditions and adherence to the instructions for use recommended by S.T. Dupont.
In the event that a product needs to be repaired during this guarantee period, the repair will be undertaken by S.T. Dupont (parts and labour). The repair is ensured provided that:
The product has not been subjected to shock, immersion, etc.
The problem has not been caused by inappropriate handling, fair wear and tear or failure to maintain the product (e.g. clogging).
The product has not been repaired in any way by any after-sales service other than that of S.T. Dupont or been interfered with by any person not approved by S.T. Dupont.
The product has not been modified in any way from its original condition.
