This is a new Ligne 1 gold lighter that was used as a display model. This lighter is in near perfect condition with some like marks due to handling. This lighter is sold with the original box and paperwork. Covered by a 1-year warranty with Art Brown International.

The very first S.T. Dupont lighter, Line 1 (Ligne 1 in French) is considered by most the icon of S.T. Dupont. The production started in 1941 with the launch of the first Line 1 petrol lighter, and lasted until 2013, when it was discontinued. In 1952 S.T. Dupont launched the gas version of Line 1 lighter, with adjustable flame.
