Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled if you included and email address.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Notes & Availability
In the event an item is backordered, we will contact you to offer the option to wait for restock, select a replacement, or receive a refund.
For security and verification purposes, the billing and shipping address must match. Orders that do not meet this requirement may be delayed, held for review, or canceled.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer flat-rate shipping on most U.S. orders, shipped primarily via USPS Ground Advantage.

Additional shipping options available—including UPS, USPS Priority Mail, and Express services—are available at checkout with real-time carrier rates.
Orders over $100 are shipped with signature confirmation required upon delivery. This is done to ensure secure delivery of higher-value items. If a customer requests removal of the signature requirement or authorizes delivery without signature, responsibility transfers to the customer once the package is marked delivered.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping through DHL, UPS, and USPS, depending on destination and service availability.
DHL-Only Destinations (Temporary)
Due to current shipping conditions, orders to the following countries are shipped exclusively via DHL:
Algeria, Egypt, Libya, South Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia, Bahrain, Cyprus, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen
International Flat Rate Shipping
- Orders $9.00–$100.00 — $29.99
- Orders $100.00–$500.00 — $34.99
- Orders $500.00 and up — $60.00
Expedited international shipping options (DHL Express, UPS, USPS Express) are available at checkout with calculated rates.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items, including lighters, may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination. At this time, we do not ship lighters internationally.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, it will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on carrier estimates. These timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package has not arrived within 25 days of shipment, please contact us so we can review the status and assist further.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, please notify us as soon as possible. Customers should first check with neighbors, building staff, or the local carrier. If the package remains missing after 7 days, we can assist in initiating a claim where applicable.
For shipments that have not been marked as delivered, carriers typically require a 30-day waiting period from the time the package enters their system before a lost-package claim can be filed.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
While we will assist where possible, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost or stolen packages.
Automatic Opening Knives (AKOA)
Automatic opening knives are regulated under U.S. federal law and may also be restricted by state and local laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws before placing an order.
Some states and jurisdictions prohibit or limit the purchase, ownership, or shipment of automatic knives. We do not verify eligibility on your behalf.
Before purchasing or requesting service for an automatic opening knife, you must review and agree to our
Automatic Knife Opening Acknowledgement (AKOA).

We do not ship knives internationally under any circumstances.
Art Brown International reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if it cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable laws, carrier restrictions, or internal policies.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 21-day return window from delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be authorized in advance.
Some items are not eligible for return, including custom orders, sale items, and gift cards.
