The S.T. Dupont Ligne 2 is the brand’s most iconic lighter — known for its balanced rectangular profile, heavy metal construction, and signature "cling" sound. Both the standard and small versions of the Ligne 2 share many traits, but they differ in overall size and weight.
Common Features:
- Flip-open lid with cap-spring mechanism
- Visible flame adjustment wheel and recessed gas refill port under the base
- Traditional flint ignition
- Some models feature a single soft flame, while newer versions include a dual soft flame
- Some models ping ("cling") when opened; others produce a more muted click
