At Art Brown International, we offer a convenient local drop-off and pickup option for Benchmade Lifesharp service, allowing customers to bring their knives to our New York City location rather than shipping them individually.


What Is Benchmade Lifesharp®?

Lifesharp® is Benchmade’s factory service program available for genuine Benchmade knives. When sent in, knives are evaluated and serviced by Benchmade’s technicians using factory equipment and specifications.

Services typically include:

-Professional factory sharpening

-Inspection of blade and locking components

-Cleaning and basic tune-up

-Replacement of worn standard hardware when needed

This service is intended to restore performance while maintaining the knife’s original design and function.


Using Lifesharp® Through Art Brown International

Customers may bring eligible Benchmade knives directly to our store for Lifesharp service.

We handle the intake process and coordinate shipment to Benchmade on your behalf.

This option is ideal for customers who prefer:

-In-person service

-Local support

-A simplified process without packing or shipping themselves

Once service is completed, the knife is returned to our store for pickup.


What to Expect

The Lifesharp process is straightforward:

-Bring your Benchmade knife to our New York City location

-Our team verifies eligibility and prepares it for service

-The knife is sent to Benchmade for factory servicing

-You’ll be notified when it’s ready for pickup

Service time can vary depending on volume and Benchmade’s service schedule.

-Cosmetic refinishing and non-standard modifications are not included
